• We welcome you to register as a “Dealer” of our products.

• Manufacturing Supplier shall be referred as “PRINCIPAL”. 

• B2B buyer shall be referred as “Dealer”.

• Upon Registration & Approval Thereon the “Dealer” Shall be authorized to transact online and place Orders on the portal.

• The” Dealer” Shall be assigned a password intimated on their email.

• The “PRINCIPAL” shall Reserve the Right to accept or Reject/ Cancel any Dealership. 

• Area wise “Dealer” shall be appointed and will be limited to number in each Area.

• Our products are under The Brand urban INFLUENCE and Any Duplication of the Design & Brand shall be liable to Cancellation of the “Dealership “Along With legal proceeding.

• The “Dealer” Stall enjoy Special Rebate available on purchase of product with MOQ (minimum order quantity), which shall not be available to direct customers.

• All purchase order shall be accompanied with payment.

• The “PRINCIPAL” Shall provide after sales services and extend all support to all “DEALER”.

• The “PRINCIPAL “shall deliver the order on F.O.R pan India basis    however the road form shall be provided by the “Dealer”.

• Any Defected/ Damage Product needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving by the “Dealer” beyond which the “PRINCIPAL” obligation shall be diluted.

• One Single Order  Minimum  should Not Be Less ,6 peas & Will Be Deliver  'F,O,R,"  Pen India Basis.
